Tailored for larger installations, the Tigerloop Twin has double the capacity, catering to substantial commercial projects. This amalgamated Oil Deaerator/Filter assembly seamlessly merges the advantages of oil deaeration with the added convenience of a 30 micron spin-on type oil filter, streamlining the installation process. Compatible with conventional heating fuels and Biodiesel up to 5% (B5), it offers versatility and efficiency for various applications.

In an oil heating system employing a Tigerloop Twin, every ounce of oil undergoes comprehensive processing through the automatic oil de-aerator, effectively purging the system of all gas or air bubbles. This proactive measure eradicates common issues with oil pumps and nozzles stemming from the presence of gas or air in the oil.

The Tigerloop Twin consists of two standard Tigerloop units conveniently interconnected in parallel and supplemented with a dedicated oil filter. The placement of the oil filter (tank connection) can be adjusted to suit either side of the unit. Specifically engineered for larger capacity burners of up to 2000 kW, the Tigerloop Twin offers robust performance and reliability.
