Atkinson Equipment have been a manufacturer and supplier into the fuel and heating industry for over 50 years. We have extensive experience in working with OEM tank manufacturers as well as independent engineers and public consumers. Bespoke customisation and design could range from a simple hose length change to a fully bespoke system made specifically to fit in a specific space. We can work with the customer to create a design fitting exact requirements and specification while making the installation and maintenance as simple as possible.

Planning & Specification
We can work with you to discuss the application and the requirements. What medium is being used? How fast does the transfer need to be? Over what distance? All aspects are looked into as thoroughly as possible. (After all it’s better to do a job once and do it right!)

Component Selection & Design
Using the information, our experience and extensive product range, we can work with the customer to offer various options. Which transfer pump? Which flowmeter? Filter or no filter? Each component has its own advantages, so specifying the right kit involves selecting the one that best meets the customer’s requirements.

Assembly/Prototype
This is where the design comes to life, our team of production staff and assembly technicians will build the bespoke kit. For simple stand-alone kits this will be all that is required, for more complex or large orders a prototype can be made for the customers approval.

In House Testing
We carry out our own in-house testing for various attributes such as pressure, leak and electrical safety. This provides a piece of mind to both us and the installers/customers. It is important for us to know the equipment we provide is going to work the way it is intended from the start and have good longevity. Due diligence in this stage will help to ensure that this is the case.

Packing/Despatch
We use high quality packing materials, and, in some cases, custom made box packing solutions to ensure the goods arrive in pristine condition. Where possible we try to use environmentally sustainable options such as recycling cardboard boxes using our in-house cardboard shredder. This provides a durable packing medium as well as foam and other materials. We only use reputable courier or pallet delivery services to ensure a smooth and swift transit of goods.
Marketing Support
We understand the importance of effective marketing support in driving sales and enhancing brand visibility, that’s why we provide marketing support, including the creation of flyers with your logo and branding to drive sales and boost marketing initiatives by showcasing our offerings in alignment with your brand identity to ultimately boost sales.
